2. Data Processing: Input vs. Storage
- Non-Logged Session Processing: Input data in unauthenticated calculator sessions is processed in-memory and discarded upon session closure.
- Registered User Profiles & Score Hub: Performance data across Competitive Exam Aptitude and Job Aptitude & Industry Readiness is encrypted and stored in your private user profile (`userHistory` and `userIndustryHistory`) to generate diagnostic radar analytics.
- 🔒 Diagnostic Privacy Guarantee: Your diagnostic test performance and ShaSang Score metrics are strictly confidential. Score data is never disclosed to prospective employers, third-party recruiters, or advertising networks without your explicit consent or scorecard export action.
- AI-Powered Processing: Inputs to tools (e.g. Question Paper Builder, Answer Evaluator, Image Extractor, Vani-QR) are processed securely via encrypted AI endpoints.
3. Data Sharing Policies
We do not sell your personal contact information. Contact details are shared with our certified payment gateway partner (Razorpay) solely to complete subscription orders and prevent fraudulent activity. We do not disclose data to third parties except as mandated by applicable laws of India.
4. Data Security & Encryption
ShaSang A.I™ employs enterprise-grade 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Server infrastructure is protected using multi-tenant isolation and strict Firebase security rules.
5. ShaSang Quiz Student Privacy & Data Minimization
ShaSang Quiz is engineered with strict student privacy and data minimization principles:
- Minimal Student Data Collection: When students attempt a quiz, only basic evaluation credentials are requested (**Full Name** and **Roll Number / Student ID**). We do not collect student email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords.
- Evaluation & Excel Export Access: Student scores, percentages, and timestamps are processed strictly to calculate test results and compile downloadable Excel reports (`.xlsx`) for the authorized teacher.
- Firestore Security Isolation: Submission logs are stored in Google Firebase Firestore and restricted to the creator of the assessment. Student quiz data is never sold, shared with recruiters, or used for targeted advertising.
6. Rights & Policy Governance
Registered users maintain full rights to request account data deletion or export saved score records. We reserve the right to update this policy periodically, with updates indicated by the "Last Updated" timestamp.
