1. Nature of Services
The calculators (including but not limited to Tax, EMI, SIP, and Gold Loan calculators) provided on the ShaSang A.I™ web application are intended solely for informational and illustrative purposes. The outputs generated are based on inputs provided by the user and do not constitute a commitment, binding offer, or legal advice from ShaSang A.I™.
2. No Professional Advice
ShaSang A.I™ is an educational technology platform and does not provide regulated financial, legal, tax, or investment consultancy services.
- Tax Calculator: Results are based on general interpretations of the Income Tax Act. Individual tax liabilities may vary based on specific exemptions, deductions, and changes in the Union Budget.
- EMI & Gold Loan: Interest rates, processing fees, and loan-to-value (LTV) ratios are subject to change by individual banking institutions and NBFCs.

- ShaSang A.I™ shall not be held liable for financial decisions made based on calculator outputs.
4. User Responsibility
- You should verify calculations with a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or certified Financial Advisor.
- Actual bank EMI schedules may include additional costs like GST, processing fees, and insurance premiums not captured by this app.
- For Gold Loans, final valuation is strictly dependent on physical assaying by lending institutions.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ShaSang A.I™, its directors, officers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the tools and features provided on the platform.
6. Ethical Sourcing & Unbiased Results
- No Affiliate Bias: ShaSang A.I™ does not receive commissions or affiliate payouts from third-party retail or financial platforms.
- Objective AI Recommendations: Recommendations are generated by AI based purely on lowest available market rates and user inputs.
7. Data Confidentiality & Invoice Scanning
- Confidentiality: When scanning invoices or generating audio Vani-QRs, ShaSang A.I™ extracts only necessary business metadata. We do not share purchase history with competitors.
- Security: Uploaded documents and recordings are processed using encrypted SSL channels.

Features including the "AI Financial Advisor," "ShaSang Score Hub," "Question Paper Builder," "Answer Evaluator," and "Vani-QR" utilize artificial intelligence. By using these tools, you explicitly agree to the following conditions:

ShaSang Quiz allows educators to compose, schedule, and grade student assessments. By creating or attempting a quiz on ShaSang Quiz, users agree to the following operational rules:
- Teacher Account Requirement: Teachers must maintain an authenticated account to publish quizzes, set scheduled time slots, and access student Excel result logs (`.xlsx`).
- Student Academic Integrity: Students agree to provide accurate classroom identification (**Full Name** and **Roll Number / Student ID**). Submitting fraudulent student details or impersonating other students is strictly prohibited.
- Automated Test Window Enforcement: Quizzes automatically enforce teacher-configured start times, end times, and live status controls. Submissions attempted outside active time windows will be rejected.
- AI Question Review: Teachers retain complete content ownership of their quizzes. Questions generated via ShaSang AI are created algorithmically and must be reviewed by the educator prior to publishing.
- AI Question Paper Builder: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of generated question papers before official use.
- AI Answer Evaluator: Evaluation scores are provided as automated guidance and are not a substitute for evaluation by qualified teachers or examiners.
- AI Vani-QR: You are responsible for ensuring audio recordings accurately reflect your commercial promotions.
9. User Consent & Account Governance
By registering or using ShaSang A.I™, you consent to maintain valid contact information and acknowledge that diagnostic performance statistics are recorded securely in your personal Score Profile.
