1. Digital Nature of Services
ShaSang A.I. provides digital subscription-based services (Student, Teacher, and Retail plans). Once a subscription is activated, the user gets immediate access to premium AI features, server resources, and increased usage limits.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Monthly Subscriptions: We generally do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments once the billing cycle has started and premium tools have been accessed.
- Technical Issues: If you face a persistent technical issue that prevents you from using the services you paid for, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
- Double Billing: In case of accidental double billing due to payment gateway errors, the extra amount will be refunded in full after verification.
3. Plan-Specific Guidelines
A. Student & Teacher Plans
Refunds are not provided based on "change of mind" or if a specific AI-generated question/timetable did not meet personal expectations, as the AI outputs are generative and subjective.
B. Retail Plans (Vani-QR & Shop Showcase)
Since these plans involve immediate generation of public-facing digital assets (like QR codes and mini-websites) and AI transcription of audio, refunds are not available once a Vani-QR or Shop Showcase has been published.
4. Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
5. Process for Refund Requests
To request a refund under the eligible conditions mentioned above, please email us at support@shasangai.com with the following details:
- Registered Email ID
- Transaction ID & Date
- Reason for refund request
We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
